The TalentRadar fact sheet provides information regarding the TalentRadar solution from a compliance, data privacy, and security perspective. The content is based on commonly asked questions, industry standards, and Randstad standards.

TalentRadar - user management process.

TalentRadar - access management process.
This document describes the process of managing access to data and content on the client instance of TalentRadar. It includes creating an RBA (role-based access) policy, signing off on and changing the policy, implementing access management, and involving the request process.

TalentRadar - data flow diagram RPO, MSP (+benchmarking where relevant).
The data flow diagram provides a schematic overview of the (default) flow of data from the client source system (VMS/ATS) through the data processing environment (Google Cloud Platform or GCP) towards the data visualization platform (Domo) at Randstad Enterprise. It provides a high level of detail on what type of data is processed, the role of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), and the purpose of dashboarding.
