about the Talent Trends research.

Now in its tenth year, the Randstad Enterprise Talent Trends research has provided insights that talent leaders need to drive business agility and results with their workforce strategies.

The 2025 Talent Trends research is a survey of 1,060 C-suite and senior talent leaders at global and regional organizations across 21 markets worldwide. Over 10 years, the Talent Trends study has collected responses from 8,400 respondents overall. This year, our research takes a retrospective look at how trends, perceptions and actions have changed over the last ten years, but also uncovers which strategies talent leaders are prioritizing now to shape who they are, what they value and what future consequences they won’t risk with inaction.

Conducted by a third party on behalf of Randstad Enterprise, survey panels are composed of business leaders who influence both strategic and operational decisions for their organizations. Online surveys were conducted via external panels during Q4 of 2024. Interviews were self-administered and could be taken across devices (including mobile phones, tablets, desktops and laptops).
