As a Senior recruiter at Randstad Digital, you will be looking for the ideal IT-talent to join our talent chapters. You enthuse both employees and freelancers for our projects, which means that you get a lot of responsibilities to meet our business needs.
your future tasks
... - Actively source candidates through job boards, fairs, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals, specifically IT support profiles, IT infrastructure project managers, IT infrastructure architects, and network, security, system, and cloud engineers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process: screening, interviews, technical tests, and salary negotiations.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
- We’re looking for a proactive, creative all-round recruiter who thinks outside the box and collaborates to achieve team goals.
your profile
- Proven track record in IT recruitment, ideally within IT infrastructure or related fields.
- Experienced in active sourcing and building talent pools to drive business success.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Driven, independent, results-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter" with a positive mindset, skilled in tackling challenges in niche markets.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable challenging others in a collaborative and respectful way.
- Highly responsive to urgent business needs with strong task prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus in a multilingual, international environment.
- Able to work from our Leuven office (2 days/week) with a flexible work-from-home policy.
