• Actively source candidates through job boards, fairs, social media, and networking events.
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals, specifically IT support profiles, IT infrastructure project managers, IT infrastructure architects, and network, security, system, and cloud engineers.
• Manage the entire recruitment process: screening, interviews, technical tests, and salary negotiations.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.

your profile

• Proven track record in IT recruitment, ideally within IT infrastructure or related fields.
• Experienced in active sourcing and building talent pools to drive business success.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Driven, independent, results-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter" with a positive mindset, skilled in tackling challenges in niche markets.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable challenging others in a collaborative and respectful way.
• Highly responsive to urgent business needs with strong task prioritization skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus in a multilingual, international environment.
• Able to work from our Leuven office (2 days/week) with a flexible work-from-home policy.
