As a Internal Recruiting Assistant you are responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. The primary job function is the creation of complex offer letter documentation in accordance with strict compliance and legal standards. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client recruiter to consultatively walk them through the offer process
- Prepare offer documentation in accordance the clients compliance standards
- Use of applicant tracking system to maintain documentation of recruiting activities and workflow
- Respond within service level agreements to a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate mindset to assist with special projects
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
- Familiarity with MS Office products
- Must be willing to work a standard PST schedule
Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience, specifically iCIMS
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Track record of proven results
- Responsiveness & detailed follow through
- Organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize within a high volume and fast paced environment
- Easily adapts to process and direction change

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $38,010 this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
