The MSP Area Vice President will act as a strategic leader and will manage multiple accounts within an assigned territory. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving profitable growth of a specified geography, managing a P&L, and maintaining relationships with C-level contacts within the client’s organization while ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance.

... - Lead and develop account teams to optimize service delivery to clients and produce measurable and cost effective results that align directly with client’s business drivers
- Build, maintain and grow strategic partnerships with clients and Alliance Suppliers through a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance
- Develop and effectively communicate quarterly sales strategy and tactical operations plans to drive profitable growth and retention of current book of business
- Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of sales efforts against activity targets - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to achieve financial objectives of assigned contracts and areas, including operational improvements, expense management, account growth and revenue and contribution attainment
- Monitor and control costs and bear responsibility for full P&L and work with senior management to ensure profit of the business, adherence to the contract and SLAs, and to seek out opportunities for improvement
- Achieve budget profitability and identify opportunities for new revenue streams in partnership with Director of Business Development by selling and implementing new business opportunities and supporting the sales process locally and nationally
- Ensure appropriate business controls are in place to satisfy audit requirements and to protect customers and company assets

- Superior coaching and influence skills
- Ability to travel to all customer locations and spend significant amount of time until gap analysis is complete and action plans in place - travel will be at least 25% of time
- Six Sigma, PHR, SPHR, PMI or similar disciplines preferred
- Experience in quality management methodologies preferred
- Experience implementing/upgrading technologies
- Proficient with Google Mail, calendaring and shared drives as well as Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The base salary range for this position is 110,000 - 125,000.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
