Job title: Jr. MARCOM Analyst
Scope
Responsible for ensuring that the corporate identity is in accordance with the guidelines established by the graphic identity manual, and that internal communication helps foster a sense of belonging among the collaborators of the different entities of Randstad México.
Main accountabilities
-Give support in the implementation of the B2B & B2C SEO strategy with the objective of positioning the
company's services and our vacancies in the first positions of organic search on Google.
-Give support in writing optimized content for the Blog.
-Selection of vacancies for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and support in the supervision of graphic materials for them.
- Look for job fairs in which we can participate as a company.
- Fill Eureka databases with new candidates who have applied through Computrabajo.
- Optimize awareness strategies on social networks through data analysis.
- Video strategy and production for the company's presence on Tik Tok.
- Support for the administration of job boards, regarding updates to the users of each bag.
- Support for university connection.
- Support for the management of digital events through the management of streaming programs.
- Designs for disseminating vacancies in digital format or printed format (Canvas and brochures).
- Writing and design of internal newsletters such as Good Morning and Communications (Express to know and general).
-Follow-up of users who have downloaded the studies published on the Randstad México website, for the purposes of attracting clients.
-Designs of commercial graphic content (infographics shared with both clients and candidates).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education Bachelor in Marketing, Communication or similar, or the equivalent of 1 year of experience in similar activities or positions
