As an HVAC Technician Recruiting Ambassador, you will be responsible for the administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. In addition to your core duties, you will actively engage with unions and technical schools to build and strengthen relationships, promoting opportunities and careers within our organization.
Successful candidates will possess a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, and a passion for fostering community connections. You will also be process-driven with a keen attention to detail, ensuring seamless recruitment efforts that align with our organization's long-term goals.
Your role will be vital in identifying talent through both traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels, including outreach to union representatives and technical schools, to attract skilled HVAC professionals.

Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with HVAC Technician Unions in local markets with our client
- Sending candidate campaigns and hiring campaigns
- Recruitment engagement activities with hiring managers and candidates
- Attending career fairs on behalf of client to engage with union candidates
- Recruitment process compliance and system administration
- Collaborate on special projects
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months recruitment support, administration and data reporting experience
- Experience with Union job hiring - must have experience working with Labor Unions
- Ability to travel regionally on behalf of the client to career events and other community based events - travel percentage will be determined, but minimum 30% of time
Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience - Workday experience
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Track record of proven results

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $72,800-83,200, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
