The role of an expert talent advisor will be to join a global organization under an unlimited contract, focusing on a German scope. You will become part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across EMEA, contributing your expertise to enhance talent acquisition and management strategies.
Client: A leading science and technology company based in Darmstadt, Germany, specializing in healthcare, life science, and electronics. This role is hybrid, based in our client's office once a week in Darmstadt oder Weiterstadt (meaning at least 1 day per week working in the client's office and the rest of the days working from home).
What you will do:
... - You will manage the recruitment process for high-volume customer support roles with a German scope.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners, hr business partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies and collaborate with the off-site sourcing and coordination team to drive recruitment processes.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
What we would like you to have:
- Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with high volume recruitment experience.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment consultancy.
- Being proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
