As an Early Career Campus Advisor our you will work within the campus recruitment team to deliver talent across all of our clients early career programs (Interns, College Grad – rotations, and co-op programs). In this role, you will recruit talent that will shape the future. You’ll partner with our Recruiting Leaders to ensure our client has the talent to meet its hiring goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Uses innovative campus recruitment strategies to source, engage and hire college talent for internship and full-time college graduate positions
- Consults and collaborates with the University Relations steering committee, UR team and hiring managers to ensure clarity on skill team and position requirements in order to develop campus recruiting strategies to identify, engage and hire high quality, diverse college talent
- Maintains a playbook of campus-specific details including key event dates and deadlines, majors and degree-types relative to skill team needs, student body demographics, and historical hiring data including offer packages, offer accept rate, intern and co-op offer conversions and alumni
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with key campus stakeholders, including career center staff, department heads, student groups and alumni
- Designs effective campus recruitment activities, ensuring budget alignment and adequate support to deliver best in class experiences for key campus stakeholders
- Leverages professional organizations, company ERGs, alumni, campus career centers and student groups to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure diversity is represented at all stages and steps of the recruiting process
- Achieves core metrics related to target hires, offer conversion, diversity, budget and compliance
- Travel required for this role 25% of the time or as needed, with 6 events planned per quarter
Basic Qualifications include
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in University/Early Career Recruitment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group and video interviews
- Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Familiarity with social media sourcing

The base salary range for this position is $56,910-$72,070

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
