Randstad with Heart.
Contributing something to the world and helping our communities move forward is at the heart of everything we do. As part of our commitment to make work meaningful and grow sustainable communities, Randstad with Heart is a global program that gives all our employees 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year to support a charity of their choice.
Making work meaningful is the center of everything we do. It helps us foster a culture where giving back is our duty and where positively impacting our communities is done with heart.

Hire Hope.
Designed by Randstad, Hire Hope is a 22-week program that provides career training and skills development to women who are the most vulnerable, including survivors of homelessness, exploitation and trafficking. Volunteers with our Hire Hope program support participants in their professional development to land paid apprenticeships and job placement opportunities so they can begin earning fair wages and living independently.
Operated by our employees and community partners, teams and clients empower women with opportunities to do meaningful and financially sustainable work.
Hire Hope transforms lives and has an immediate positive impact on the communities we serve. It provides opportunities to empower women who have overcome tremendous odds to gain transferable skills and earn a living wage.

All our employees are able to volunteer with VSO in a variety of capacities – creating inspiring life and work experiences and using our professional skills to truly advance employment in other communities.

POWER
leave no girl behind.
Despite the fact that women’s literacy and education enrollment rates are on the rise, we’re committed to doing what we can to ensure that no girl is left behind. Through our Programs on Women Empowerment (POWER), we mentor and educate women to help them visualize careers, overcome cultural barriers and inspire the next generation of women.
