the global recruiter: unlock the power of dyslexic thinking.
According to a new report from Randstad Enterprise and global charity Made By Dyslexia, 96% of people with dyslexia say the recruiting process doesn’t identify their Dyslexic Thinking skills. Meanwhile, 64% of HR leaders believe their organizations are capable of identifying those with Dyslexic Thinking skills.
Such findings reveal the large gap between the progress companies believe they are making towards attracting, recruiting and retaining Dyslexic Thinkers, and the real-life experiences of dyslexic employees. With skills gaps making it challenging for employers to fill roles, it’s crucial for businesses to understand the skills Dyslexic Thinkers bring to work. These include analytical thinking and creative thinking, the top two skills of the future, according to the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) 2023 Future of Jobs report.
To address this gap and help businesses understand how they can benefit from recruiting more Dyslexic Thinkers, Made By Dyslexia is launching Employ Dyslexia, a global mission to train workplaces to empower Dyslexic Thinking.
