The Financial District: business health index reports optimism.
Businesses around the world have a positive outlook as we enter 2022. In fact, a recent study showed that C-suite and human capital leaders in 18 key global markets are optimistic.
That was the overall sentiment shared in Randstad Sourceright’s 2022 Business Health Index. Belgium and The Netherlands top the list as the two most optimistic countries, followed by Germany, the Nordics and Switzerland.
Randstad Sourceright’s 2022 Talent Trends research and Total Talent Readiness Index support these findings with aggressive hiring projections and expected increases in human capital spending. "2022 will be the year for organizations to recharge their talent strategies,” says Mike Smith, global CEO of Randstad Sourceright.
Talent Trends for this year indicate more workforce diversity, reskilling and internal mobility, along with a better candidate experience. “As business leaders expect the momentum of growth to continue this year, prioritizing talent attraction, development, and retention investments will be absolutely critical,” adds Smith.
