Randstad Sourceright appoints new head of RPO & MSP solutions in Japan.
New leader, Farid Jahanian, to focus on delivering strategic talent solutions amid growing labor shortage
ATLANTA, April 7, 2020 — Randstad Sourceright – the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed services program (MSP) division of Randstad, the global leader in HR services – today announced the appointment of Farid Jahanian as Japan country head and Asia Pacific MSP director as part of its continued investment in Japan.
In his new role, Jahanian will lead both the Japan client teams and Tokyo Sourcing Centre, along with the Asia Pacific Managed Services Program practice. With more than 21 years of experience delivering outsourcing programs throughout the world, Jahanian will drive the company’s commitment to providing clients with cutting edge talent acquisition strategies that meet Japan’s evolving market demands and growing talent shortage.

Jahanian will relocate to Tokyo from Singapore, where he has worked at Randstad Sourceright since 2015. Joining the company as Client Services Director — MSP and RPO, Farid was promoted in 2018 to Enterprise Client Services Director APAC — MSP, to oversee contingent and permanent workforce strategies for enterprise clients.
