Risesmart® Launches Smartsession™ Workshops to Support Enterprises Before, During and After Layoffs

Risesmart, a Randstad company and the leading provider of contemporary career transition services, announced its SmartSession workshops and individual coaching sessions, a series of trainings designed and delivered to support employees within an organization before, during and after a layoff or reduction in force.

As part of the program, RiseSmart will offer more than a dozen SmartSession trainings on a variety of topics, all of which can be delivered online or in person and in groups or one-on-one, to support current employees, transitioning employees, HR teams and managers. With RiseSmart’s methodology, remaining employees are trained to manage their careers or stay resilient during times of change, while transitioning employees get a head start on their job search. The trainings also prepare managers and HR teams to effectively handle transition events both during and after notification.
