We are honoured to yet again have Randstad RiseSmart recognised as a great place to work by Great Place to Work® India. For the fourth time, now we have achieved the certification from Great Place to Work, a highly credible worldwide employee survey measuring employee satisfaction. Earlier this year, they named RiseSmart as one of India’s Top 50 midsize businesses, so this further achievement is even more significant. The Institute serves businesses, non-profits, and government agencies in more than 60 countries and has conducted pioneering research on the characteristics of great workplaces for over three decades.

Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five measured dimensions, indicating how we succeed as a company in taking care of our employees and culture.

One of our Delhi colleagues, Anchita Dhar, a Strategic Relationship Manager, commented on this: "For me, a great place to work exemplifies the people's priorities an organisation has. For this, the fourth year in a row, we are very proud to be recognised, both internally and externally, thanks to our exceptional employees who have provided their open feedback in multiple categories. It hasn't been an easy twelve months with covid-19 curfews at the start of the year, but we have worked hard to develop policies and norms around culture, working styles, response times for different communication platforms and helping employees working remotely to clarify the work-life boundaries to avoid burnout and reduced engagement.

The Institute’s research shows that great workplaces are characterised by outstanding leadership, consistent employee experience, and sustainable financial performance. RiseSmart is all about the WOW factor, for its people, its clients and the talent we help too. As an employer we try to offer a fun, ambitious and productive workplace, that is great to be a part of. It seems like we are doing this, but with no shortage of challenges ahead for employers, we need to sustain this effort to truly become a great place to work for all, again and again.
