Anthea Collier will highlight how to best incorporate smart tech in recruitment processes and move forward with effective change management

SINGAPORE, 13 May 2019 — According to Randstad Sourceright’s 2019 Talent Trends research, 68 per cent of talent leaders say that digital transformation is moving too fast and they’re having trouble keeping up with the shifts. At the same time, 78 per cent say that HR tech drives smarter hiring decisions while making recruitment more efficient.

With recruitment in a major period of transformation — and new technologies are being introduced to the market daily — how can employers best use the tools at their disposal? 

During the 2019 China HR Technology Conference & Exposition, Anthea Collier, Randstad Sourceright managing director of APAC, will present “Applying Innovation in Recruitment Technology.” This session will help employers understand how machine learning, AI, chatbots and other smart technologies can help them achieve a competitive recruiting edge.
