Randstad Sourceright employees volunteer 2,632 hours throughout 2022.
Contributing something to the world and helping our communities move forward is at the heart of everything we do at Randstad. As part of our commitment to make work meaningful and grow sustainable communities, Randstad with Heart is our global corporate social responsibility (CSR) program that enables our employees to get involved in their communities, charities or virtually.
In 2022, Randstad Sourceright employees collectively volunteered a total of 2,632 hours across 14 countries! This is incredible, considering that in 2021, Randstad Sourceright employees volunteered 1,381 hours throughout the whole year.
how do we do it?
We make participating easy. Because not everyone knows where they can volunteer locally, we provide employees with an approved country-by-country list of diverse charities and organizations that employees can browse through to choose opportunities that resonate with them. We also enable employees to donate to or volunteer with organizations, community centers, or places of worship that aren’t on the list.
We also have a diverse team of Randstad with Heart ambassadors based all over the world who organize in-person volunteering events across various countries.

collaboration with Sant'Egidio helping refugee families and raising money for people in need

partnering with the NOÉ animal shelter, the Malta Charity, the Ukrainian refugee service; volunteering for elderly care

St. Joseph’s Church cleaning; interview skills and C.V. assistance for underprivileged youth; providing entertainment and basic hygienic and environmental education for adopted children; food packing and distribution for food banks

Deepavali celebrations with seniors

cleaning up local parks; volunteering at NHS vaccination sites

community gardening; Wounded Warrior Project; fundraising at St. Jude’s Hospital; Halloween costume drive for children in need; “POUND 4 Pink” Fitness cancer benefit; Hurricane Ian relief efforts
In addition, we have enabled our internal rewards and recognition tool to offer charitable prizes that resulted in employees planting 1,125 trees and 107 donations to the World Wildlife Fund. We take our social responsibility seriously because, together, what a difference we can make.
