Transition Concierge To-Go provides displaced workers with personalized job leads and a variety of helpful job-search tools. The app sends job leads directly to workers' Android-powered smartphones, enabling them to see the latest opportunities that match their skills and preferences.

Transition Concierge To-Go users can tag jobs they like for follow-up; send themselves a reminder to take action on a job lead; review notifications for job-related networking events; contact RiseSmart with feedback; review preferences, settings, favorites and more.

The app is free to eligible employees of companies who use RiseSmart's Transition Concierge™ as their outplacement solution. RiseSmart currently has several thousand employees in the system who can immediately begin accessing the app from their Android smartphones, including the Motorola Droid and T-Mobile myTouch 3G.

The application went live for BlackBerry devices in April, for the iPhone in June and for the iPad earlier this month.
