Dave McInally is consulting principal for Randstad Advisory. Previously, Dave served as head of Solution Design in APAC for Randstad, where he solved complex customer challenges through discovery workshops and built permanent and contingent solutions to meet their needs. Prior to this served as the APAC head of Recruitment for a global engineering firm. Dave is particularly passionate about bottle neck analysis and uncovering process inefficiencies. His takes a facts-first approach to discovery and enjoys the challenge of complex customer challenges and how they link back to their commercial goals and objectives.
