how you will contribute

We're searching for an exceptional individual who is passionate about driving positive change. As a Procurement Analyst, you are responsible for working with procurement related data in various areas, such as spend or supplier CO2 emissions amongst others. You will play a pivotal role in making sure the data is of quality and in a format which is the most useful for your stakeholders. You will be accountable for the flow of data from source to use. You will be collaborating with category managers, buyers, data providers from the operating companies as well as the Procurement Excellence and Non Financial Reporting teams. You will collaborate closely with all key stakeholders to foster an effective understanding of data and analytics.

what you will be doing

• work across spend analytics, contract management, TPRM and Sustainability to ensure efficient collaboration and data consistency across different systems the S2P process steps
• support the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) payment period and supplier Code of Conduct reporting: create and maintain relevant repositories, ensure data consistency across markets, act as a single point of contact for non-financial reporting within the procurement function
• analytics support for the supplier engagement pillar of the NetZero program (Scope 3): optimize calculation methods, ensure data consistency across markets, create forecasts and scenario/impact analysis (e.g. spend re-classification, supplier swaps), maintain the exclusion list
• support category/sourcing/contract managers with sustainability data collection and scenario analysis for sourcing projects
• support the overall spend analytics program , including quarterly spend analytics refresh cycle (comms, quality assurance, validating data, identifying improvement opportunities)
• run the spend categorisation review process with relevant stakeholders, identify improvement/automation opportunities, support transition to new ways of working (new ERP implementation - E-ONE)
• support members of the procurement team with analytics and data-related requests (sourcing projects, category dashboarding, business stakeholders' requests)
• ensure proper flagging of "cost of sales" suppliers and spend
• create standard reports in contract repository, run report cycles and publish/update relevant dashboards
• create a quality assurance process and proactively monitor/correct the contract data in the repository
• create a process to ensure consistency between spend analytics and contract repository

who will you work with

The Procurement Sustainability and Excellence team consists of a set of enthusiastic professionals supporting and enabling Procurement to become a trusted business partner for the company. Together you drive value for both Procurement and the overall company. You will report to the Global Procurement Manager of Process & Digital. 

what you will bring

Your procurement analytical skills are well-developed. You have a can-do attitude and can deal with ambiguity. Your strong process orientation and business acumen help you drive a green field role forward. Ideally, you have 2 - 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, project management or consulting roles with a demonstrated ability to support multiple threads of work or projects at one time. 

Next to that you bring

• a broad understanding of indirect procurement and related analytics
• deep understanding of data and presenting/visualizing data - previous experience with Tableau is an advantage
• strong analytical and data management skills
• financial acumen and understanding of financial information/ability to analyze financial data and annual reports
• good communication and interpersonal skills, soft influencing skills to work with diverse group of stakeholders
• self-starter mentality, able to work independently 
• continuous improvement mindset
• ability and comfort to work in a hybrid environment with a team spread across the world
• cultural awareness and mental flexibility
• experience working with processes/creating processes
• out of the box thinking
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices (including Scope 3, CSRD requirements to value chain) is an advantage
