We are looking for a RPO(Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Team Lead, who is motivated to support one of our biggest clients`s recruitment processes for the UK market. In this role, you will have a chance to manage a team to ensure that our services are delivered with high quality and our clients are satisfied with our service and stakeholder management.
In this role you will:
- Become first point of contact for internal operational stakeholders and first escalation point of the team for any daily operational issues.
- Manage the performance of the team to be sure that the services delivered by the team are in line with the agreed or targeted SLAs and KPIs.
- Create reports and analyze it to observe the team performance, investigate the escalations or/and track the KPIs.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders and always have an interactive communication with them to avoid problems and work in a harmony.
- Ensure to keep the team motivated and ready for the changes/challenges.
- Use and continuously seek out creative and innovative methods and best practices, sharing with the team.
- Train and mentor new hires as well as provide feedback and coach experienced team members.
- Assess/survey quality of work delivered by team, based on specific customer feedback and assist in developing action plans for individuals.
- Project management based on new client requests; acting as ‘Voice of Customer’ to translate client needs for internal contributors and stakeholders (Delivery Centre Management, CoE, Support roles, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to better serve the client and/or to bring in new delivery solutions.
- Make process improvements, both internal (team activities) and external (towards the client).
Team Leader’s toolkit consists of:
- Fluency in English(verbally and written).
- Experience in supporting the UK market
- Team leader/people management experience
- Experience in stakeholder management and client facing.
- Experience in working with white collar roles related to insurance industry is a big plus
- Experience in supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
- Experience in working with data, reporting and ATS or different system is an advantage
- Great and confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a highly motivated and competitive team.
- A good level of Excel and reporting skills is a plus.
- Flexible approach to the changes. Comfortable to handle the changes in the operations.
- Proactive mindset with an eye on assessing, measuring and improving performance.
- Analytical approach with an appreciation for specific processes. Ability to work within existing frameworks, but also recognize when a specific situation requires out of the box thinking.
- Insight into ‘big picture’ thinking; taking a broader birds-eye view of processes and performance in order to navigate complex and ever-changing situations; strategizing to find optimum solutions.
