• Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing relationships by identifying business opportunities and matching them with our talent services.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align them with our solutions, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to match client requests with digital talent, while proactively proposing available candidates.
• Ensure seamless follow-up with clients, monitoring project success, addressing any issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends, policy changes, and budget cycles to spot new opportunities and drive growth.

your profile

• +/- 4 years of relevant experience in business development, with a focus on IT staffing.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and understand client needs to drive growth.
• Results-driven, thriving in goal-oriented environments and energised by achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a confident approach to client interactions and solution-finding.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, even in high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations
